Graciphy Castro:First and foremost I would like to thank Christina and all the other instructors for helping me through my weight loss journey. I started working out at Roundeau’s kickboxing in September 2007; I have lost 20 lbs and have gained a tremendous amount of confidence. I feel leaner, stronger, lighter, and most importantly healthier. The motivation we receive from the instructors is incredible. This has been the only workout routine I have been able to stay committed to, and believe it or not it is fun. Yes, working out can be fun!
